Packaging
All items are carefully packaged to prevent damage during transit. Packaging may include protective wrapping, sturdy boxes, cushioning materials, or protective inserts.
Special packaging requests, such as gift wrapping or premium boxes, may incur additional fees clearly displayed at checkout.

Shipping Costs

  3. Take photos of the damaged item

Risk transfers to you once the package is handed to the carrier. We assist with delivery issues caused by carrier problems or uncontrollable factors according to our policies.
